Returns Policy

A customer may return or exchange new, unmarked Simple Solutions books* within 30 days of the shipping date. Any book that is not in its original condition is not eligible for a refund or exchange. In some cases, a restocking fee of 10% will also be charged.   *Note: Some books are printed in semester sets. Each 2-volume set constitutes one book. We do not sell individual volumes separately, nor do we accept individual volumes for refund or exchange. Returns Please call 877-382-7537, and we will guide you through the process and arrange return shipping if you choose.  
  • Whenever possible, books should be returned in their original packaging.
  • You will be refunded the purchase price, not shipping & handling fees. However, if the return is a result of our error, Bright Ideas Press will refund shipping and handling fees.
  • Bright Ideas Press will process the refund once we receive the return (allow 5 – 10 business days). Refunds will be issued in the same way that the original payment was made.

  • The customer pays for return shipping, as well as the cost of sending replacement items. If the return is a result of our error or damage that occurred during shipping, Bright Ideas Press will cover the cost of replacements and shipping & handling fees.
