Less Reteaching, More New Learning

How much classroom time is being spent on material students have already learned? And, how important is it to you that teachers use research-based strategies? With Simple Solutions, students retain what they’ve learned, so more time can be spent on new material. We combine 3 research-based strategies that increase long-term retention more than other approaches:

Retrieval practice continually reinforces what has been learned, making it easier to retrieve information in the future.

Spacing revisits previously-learned skills and concepts in short study sessions, spread out over the entire school year.

Interleaving alternates among item types in each session, encouraging students to think differently about each question and be agile when moving from one item type to another.

Find out more or get started right away by visiting our website, SimpleSolutions.org. I’ll be in touch later this week to discuss an amazing opportunity for the teachers and students in your building.
