Rob Birch

Located in Ohio, Rob is our Account Management Director. He’s dedicated to helping our customers solve any issues that may arise. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the theater, reading, and watching movies. He’s also the Drama Club advisor at his local school.

Bob Williams

Currently living in Ohio, Bob is one of our Product Specialists. He trains teachers on how to implement the Simple Solutions supplemental educational materials into their classroom. When he’s not working, he likes enjoying a quiet night at home with his wife, daughter, and their animals. His hobbies include playing video games with friends, disc golfing, and watching Cleveland or Ohio State sports.

Erica Capito

Currently living in Ohio, Erica is an Account Manager for the Simple Solutions team. When she’s not helping our clients, she likes to paint, garden, keep up with her pets, read, or watch movies with her partner.

LaQuania Lamar

LaQuania is one of our Account Managers located in Ohio. Outside of work, she likes to listen to music, read, and fish.

Lauren Andeits

A lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, Lauren is one of our Account Managers. When she’s not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, going for breakfast with friends, reading, playing board games, and doing anything crafty.

Lori Lender

Located in Ohio, Lori is a Product Specialist who trains teachers on the Simple Solutions approach and S²TaR Center. She has an Elementary Education degree from Cleveland State University and taught many grades during her 15 years at St. Paschal Baylon School in Ohio. In fact, St. Paschal Baylon School is the first school that ever used Simple Solutions! Outside of work, Lori’s interests include the Cleveland Ballet, Cavs, Guardians, and the Browns.

Sue Heideloff

A lifelong Ohio resident, Sue is one of our Account Managers. She has three grown children with her husband, three grandchildren, and a lionhead bunny. When she’s not working, she loves to visit her family and travel.

Sales

Steve Danchise

Residing in Ohio, Steve is our U.S. Sales Rep Manager. He’s passionate about helping his team improve education across the U.S. by getting Simple Solutions into the hands of as many students as possible. When he’s not working, Steve enjoys golfing, weightlifting, and cheering on his favorite sports teams—Go Buckeyes!

Donny Hyland

Residing in Texas, Donny supports our customers in Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Washington. His goal is to help the student he used to be. He works to match teachers with resources that increase retention and measure student understanding. Outside of work, Donny enjoys playing cribbage, golfing, and exploring Austin’s live music scene.

Kristi Keptner

Located in Ohio, Kristi helps our clients in Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, and New York. She aims to help students, teachers, and schools succeed with our amazing workbooks. When she’s not supporting our clients, Kristi is keeping up with her three sons, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends. She lives by the motto “be the change in the world you wish to see.”

Laura Fields

Currently living in Ohio, Laura is dedicated to helping our clients in Indiana, Georgia, Missouri, and Ohio. She aims to serve students and help them learn and retain what they learn. Outside of work, Laura relishes reading and enjoying nature.

Lisa Sibert

Located in Kentucky, Lisa assists customers in Tennessee, Maryland, Delaware, New York, Washington, D.C., and Kentucky. Her goal is to help students reach their full potential by providing them with the best resources possible. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys watching UK basketball, hanging out on the pontoon, and doing other outdoor activities.

Rachel Bryce

Residing in Colorado, Rachel supports our customers in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and California. She helps teachers gain access to easy-to-use resources that enhance their current curriculum, regain time in the classroom, and raise student test scores. In her free time, Rachel enjoys bowling, fishing, archery, and vegetable gardening.

Shannon “Bud” Armstrong

Located in Ohio, Shannon works with customers in Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, New York, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. He aims to help students remember what they’ve learned and aid teachers in gaining time in the classroom. Outside of work, Shannon likes to hike, camp, golf, snowboard, surf, play guitar, and watch sports. He is an avid fan of all Cleveland sports teams, especially the Browns!
